Case Study: St Botolphs

St Botolphs will provide a Headquarters office building standing on an island site of 1.25 acres on the eastern side of The City of London.

The scheme, designed by internationally renowned architects, Grimshaw is for a 14 storey landmark office building with circa 560,000 sq ft accommodation, including retail space.

Swift Horsman were contracted to deliver the toilet fit out and door packages over 14 floors with four cores.  Materials used on this project included, AC Lacquered panels, laminate panels, marble vanity tops and marble flooring.

There were a few challenges involved with this project, including a short time scale for the programme, late design changes and three PC dates.

We have received excellent feedback from the client for our work on this project and we also won a health and safety award for best subcontractor during our time on this project.
