Case Study: Thames Valley Park, Faraday Building

This project will provide a modern workplace for an increasing number of staff. The Thames Valley Park refurbishment includes a staff restaurant, coffee bar, fitness centre, an occupational health centre as well as the office accommodation within four buildings having a total gross internal floor area of approximately 27,500m2.

The Faraday Building is the 2nd of 4 buildings at Thames Valley Park that form the Head Quarters of The BG Group.
On all 4 buildings Swift Horsman were contracted to fit out the toilets, install tea and coffee points and fixed all door sets and made and installed the specialist joinery.

Due to the fact that Faraday is occupied by the BG executive team we were contracted to manufactured and installed surrounds to the PA desks, build the reception desk, furniture for the offices and collaboration area. We also installed a sizeable kitchen solely for the use of the BG executive team and a Cafe for the staff.
