Castle Works is our specialist offsite manufacturing facility.
All of our modular walling units and pods are produced at our Podwall facility located in Dalbeattie, Dumfries & Galloway, Scotland. This recently expanded 40,000 sq ft facility provides us with an ideal location for our assembly plant with clear open spaces for our operatives to work in and a large adjacent storage space enabling us to produce whole projects in advance ready for 'calling off' by the project team.
Principles behind our adaptive walling system are that wherever possible units are designed and produced to suit site access conditions, each wall unit should contain all necessary services if required and the final face finish should again be applied. Therefore a delivery of walling units to site will provide a series of modules ready for simple installation by minimal labour.
Taking into account the above our facility provides the focus point at which all of the project components can be brought together under a single roof and efficiently assembled to provide a modular solution for any of our clients.
