Combining our experience with our willingness to explore new routes and ideas we have become one of the UK's leaders in fitting out washrooms, bathrooms and toilet block facilities across a wide range of developments and sectors. With our in house design resource, manufacture facility, trusted supply chain plus and experienced sub-contractors we are able and willing to undertake complete turn-key packages for our clients – from design through to installation.
Our Podwall system is key to this success with our ability to incorporate M&E services and any finish within an offsite solution which can be utilised on all projects. This mind set has resulted in us now taking an offsite prefabricated approach to every aspect of the toilet fit-out, including; wall elements, cistern access panels, cubicles, door-sets, shelving and vanity units for both standard toilet fit-out and the more bespoke requirements.
As part of our individual approach to construction and client service we often construct full sized mock-ups for client inspection before proceeding with volume production. These mock-ups reflect precisely the method in which our solutions will be designed, manufactured and installed. Additionally they provide our clients with an opportunity to review actual details, materials and the spatial view of their works months before they are required on site.
With the design process pushed forward so early in the project timescale, co-ordination issues are resolved, negated and dealt with prior to production thus making the whole project delivery far more efficient than traditional methods of fit-out.
