We have a spectrum of quality career opportunities for people at all entry levels. Our learning and development team provides apprenticeship programmes for school leavers, undergraduate placements and graduate programmes alongside management and leadership programmes for experienced professionals.

Swift Training School has an established an award winning apprenticeship scheme specifically for those that want to start earning and getting real working experience in the construction industry straight from school or college. Working with local education establishments we are able to offer both trade and management training schemes providing the Group with a sustainable well trained and experienced supply of personnel keen to work within the construction industry.

Graduates can join the Group to benefit from a structured management training programme that is second to none in the industry. With an achievement-driven culture the opportunities are diverse and unlimited.

Our trainee managers have strong academic backgrounds and are bright, motivated and career-driven individuals who want to continue to learn whilst taking real responsibility on our projects from day one. The Swift Training School programme provides the potential future leaders of our business with the support and guidance required to develop essential management skills and knowledge.

We offer a number of one-year placements for undergraduates wishing to spend their third year in industry or perhaps take up short-term employment opportunities to work within Swift Horsman Group during academic breaks, allowing them to return to college or university with a greater understanding of the industry, working life and their specialist field.
