Charity Support
Swift Horsman Group is dedicated to supporting individual employee fundraising targets and will actively endeavour to support all personnel in their fundraising efforts. We aim to support our employees in their own communities through local charitable donations, fundraising, volunteering activities, sports and social events.
The Group also supports charities by providing pro-bono services, materials and human resources and volunteering is an important part of many of our employees’ work.
We recognise the benefits that volunteering has for all involved. Not only do the charities benefit from the volunteer work, but the volunteer gains skills, knowledge and inspiration. This helps with their personal and career development. In supporting our employees we recognise the good work they do which helps to ensure we retain our valuable people.
To ensure a consistent approach, we will only work with charities registered with the Charities Commission, thereby enforcing a set of legal and regulatory standards and requirements that are externally monitored and ensure that donations made are used for appropriate purposes.
