Contract Awarded - London Bridge Place

Swift Horsman has been awarded the Toilet Fit-out package at London Bridge Place the new 17 storey 400,000sq ft office development within the new commercial district know as London Bridge Quarter.

This award follows on from our highly successful contract currently underway at The Shard and utilises our Podwall system which is fully pre-fabricated and manufactured off-site at our Castleworks factory.

Like the Shard, London Bridge Place is designed by the renowned architect Renzo Piano and is being constructed by Mace. 

When completed it will be linked to both London Bridge Station and The Shard by a new piazza.
