First PODS arrive on site at Dumfries and Galloway

Dumfries and Galloway Hospital – POD Installation

Installation has now begun on the Dumfries and Galloway Hospital with the first pod being installed this week.  There are a further 79 still to go – however we are waiting on the main contractor to channel the concrete to allow the gulley pipework to be accommodated.

The client team are very happy with the product and discussions are now in place about further opportunities within the healthcare sector.

There is however always room for improvement and we can build upon our experience in healthcare pods and make the product and process of manufacture more efficient by proactively integrating Group resources and skills.

Overall the project has shown how well Podwall and design have performed and worked well together.
