Swift Horsman enhances its Green credentials at Park House

Installation has now begun on the Land Securities Park House project in Oxford Street. The first delivery of Pods were craned into the building and located last week. The Park House project includes over 100 hundred luxury bathrooms within the residential element of this mixed use scheme, together with commercial washrooms element built using our Podwall System.

This contract demonstrates Swift Horsman’s ability to transfer its "offsite" methods of manufacturing and assembly, gained over many years in the commercial market, across to the fast growing and ever increasing high specification residential market.

This project with Mace follows its highly successful Ropemaker Place project where our commitment to offsite manufacturing and assembly was praised in a WRAP report commissioned by British Land.
