Key Performance Indicators

As part of our process for setting and monitoring our Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) objectives we have defined our key performance indicators. These are monitored by our HSE Leadership Team and progress is reported to our Group Board.

Reporting against these indicators is a central element of our Group Board reports and enables us to measure whether our HSE performance is improving or deteriorating over time.

Performance of our projects will be reviewed in terms of the critical stages of a typical project; Tender Submission, Design Phase, Construction/Production, Finance and Customer Satisfaction.

For each project undertaken, an independent Board Director along with employees involved in the project will interview the client to provide an individual score for each stage and an overall KPI measure for the project. This will enable us to assess how the whole team have worked during each of the stages and where we have both succeeded and not worked as we should. The information is then collated, reviewed and acts as a catalyst for our project lessons learnt process.   All completed KPI's are available to view by our clients within the client login area.
