Quality

The quality of the products and services we deliver across the Swift Horsman Group is critical to our mission. We aim to ensure that all activities of the company, including those of external parties, are carried out in a way that will meet or exceed customer requirements through an integrated management system which combines the requirements for health & safety, quality and environment.

Understanding our customer's requirements and utilising the skills and expertise of our staff to continually improve the quality of our service and products from design through to handover is a business imperative.

We have established processes and systems to manage the interface with our customers and measure the level of customer satisfaction, often working in partnership with our suppliers to encourage a shared quality culture and operating systems that record, analyse, summarise and communicate relevant data needed to monitor the company's performance targets

Our quality management system meets the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008 and our policy is communicated to all our staff, along with appropriate training, thus ensuring they understand their part in its delivery.
