Further work secured at Athletes Village

Swift Horsman have been awarded the contract to design and build 77 temporary bathroom pods, which will be used during the Olympics and Paralympics and will be removed by us after the games.

The Pods are designed is such a way so that the walls, floor and ceilings are manufactured at our Castle Works factory from our Podwall solution on an EOS frame system with all the fixtures and fittings installed. Once everything is fixed and tested, they are then disassembled and transported to site ‘flat packed’ still with all fixtures and finished in place.

Once it reaches site it is reassembled and positioned into place where another contractor makes the final connection to the services.
