Work recommences on Grosvenor House Apartments

Work due to recommence at the prestigious Grosvenor House Apartments.

Back in July 2008 Swift Horsman were contracted to fit out the penthouse apartments on the 8th floor of Grosvenor House.  The project then entered a stage of suspension in January 2009 in which all works stopped and the project was made safe.    We have now however received instruction from Sisk to recommence to complete our works.

The project at Grosvenor House Apartments is a high class hotel fit out of four penthouses and two main reception areas with bespoke joinery, which includes three reception desks and marble wall claddings & fabric wall panels.  Each penthouse has 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, kitchens & media rooms.

Main features are:

    • Timber Black walnut
    • Black marble floors, timber flooring
    • Grey granite walls in bathrooms along with white marble walls in the master bathrooms

We also have back of house areas to complete including staff offices and changing rooms.

We are due to be on site until July 2011
